JM: How many different blocks were there?
Brad: I was on the 2nd floor grand street side unit 3
but if I had to guess I would say approximately
20-25 blocks.
JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Brad: It was based on what side of the building you
are on.So it was Grand street and Marshall
street.
JM: Which inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Brad: Philadelphia inmates were housed on the 2nd
floor grand street side, but there was also
Bloods and Crips Gangs and they were also
separated as well as those with sexual assault
cases.
JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Brad: Supposedly we were on the blocks that had "air-
conditioning" but I couldnt tell most of the
time.Other than that they all appeared to be the
same tp me.
